WARNING! This version is NOT compatible with
version 1.0beta (or older) of Medea++ and with version 1.3.1 (or older)
of Medea.
Installation Instruction:
Argo-g uses the CERN library and CMZ. Before to install check if
the CERN library (vers. 97 or later) and CMZ (vers. 1.47 or later) are
available on your system. The code has been tested on
Linux RedHat platforms.

Create a new directory and transfer inside the code
file (download
here V 3.0.0). (Previous
V 2.1.0).

Start CMZ and inside CMZ type
-
CREATE ARGOG
-
ARC file_name
-
EXEC INSTALL
-
At this point it is convenient to exit from CMZ and
edit the cmzlogon.kumac
file. Inside this file you can choice your favorite editor (host_edit card).
Check the Makefile
to verify if the definition and position of all the libraries
is correct for your system.
To compile the code go inside CMZ and type:

EXEC COMPILE
-
To run the code you need a input file
produced by Corsika
and a DATA CARD
file with the instructions that the program have to follow.

Here there is an example of
the DATA CARD file for 154 Cl.

Here there is an example of
the Single Pad Rate file (bkg.txt).

Here there is an example of
the Pad Efficiency file (pad_eff.txt).
